Partners of Awesomeness

TRAIL EVENTS DON'T HAPPEN WITHOUT PARTNERS. YOU MAY KNOW THEM AS 'SPONSORS'. BUT WE PREFER PARTNERS - THEY'RE NOT JUST FLIPPING A FEW PRIZES OUR WAY AND CROSSING THEIR FINGERS. NOPE, THEY GET THEIR FEET DIRTY WITH US, BECAUSE THEY LOVE THE SINGLE TRACK LIFE AS MUCH AS WE DO.

THEY ARE DUE OUR THANKS AND WE RECKON, IF YOU HAPPEN TO BE IN THE MARKET FOR WHAT THEY OFFER, SHOW SOME ROUNDABOUTS AND CHECK THEM OUT. AFTER ALL, WE ONLY PARTNER UP WITH THE BEST...

SALOMON

They may have started with ski bindings and snow slashing kit back in 1947, but in Australia, Salomon is most strongly associated with trail running. Indeed, it was Salomon who instigated Australia's first trail running series in partnership with event company Rapid Ascent, way back in 2011. Go to any trail running gathering these days and you'll see mostly the Big S on feet (shoes), on backs (hydro packs), on legs and arms (shorts and tees and tops and wet weather jackets), such is the trail tribe's loyalty to quality kit.  With their main man Kilian leading from up high, and a bunch of local top enders including the Fest's own  pointy-end player Majell Backhausen leading the way, we're stoked to have Salomon and their crew on board to help grow the Fest. www.salomon.com/au/

TAILWIND NUTRITION AUSTRALIA

We're super excited to have Tailwind Nutrition Australia on board as our hydration sponsor. A force in the endurance scene, Tailwind’s potent energy and electrolytes are all you need to go all day on trail. No juggling gels, pills, or chews—just pour, shake, and go. Most drinks require you to supplement calories and don’t contain anywhere near the electrolytes needed to replace what you sweat out. Tailwind’s fuel can meet your complete calorie needs, and sipping it regularly gives you steady energy all day. Tailwind also has a full complement of electrolytes that mimic the composition and proportions of sweat, so you don't have to take separate electrolyte pills to make up for what's not in your drink. Check in to any of the event's hydration stations and you'll get a taste of what Tailwind is all about.
